Become A Candidate
Bachelor's degree or above in computer and software engineering from the top 30 universities in the United States or key domestic universities.
Proficient in at least one programming language, with more than 2 years of development experience (excellent fresh graduates can be relaxed), and have high technical literacy.
Have a certain understanding of distributed, microservice and other system architecture concepts, have practical distributed system development experience, and be familiar with relevant distributed system development frameworks.
Familiar with mainstream databases and have some database-related knowledge.
Have a certain understanding of high-performance computing and low-latency communication.
Strong interest in blockchain, smart contracts, web 3 and meta-universe
Graduated from key domestic universities or the top 100 overseas QS institutions
Do not resist logical and thinking challenges, and have investment-related work, internship or project experience in investment banks.
Finance, accounting, law and other related majors, those who have passed the relevant qualification examinations such as CPA, CFA and judicial examinations and those with internship experience in investment banking and auditing are preferred.
Have good English reading and writing skills, and have overseas work and study experience plus points.
Bonus points for those with special investment banking experience in data writing, project analysis and code writing.
